How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer for Canadian customers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at 1-800-675-5580 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer competitive pricing for contractors, cleaning companies, and commercial buyers. Contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to the continental United States. International shipping rates apply. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

When do I get free shipping?

Orders over $150 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. US orders have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Are your products safe for residential use?

Most of our products are used by both residential and commercial customers. Always read product labels and safety data sheets. For chemical products, follow dilution instructions carefully.
