Returns & Warranty Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

90-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@watercleaningshop.com or call 1-800-675-5580 with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Chemicals and cleaning solutions (once opened)
• Consumable supplies (brushes, pads, squeegee rubbers)
• Items marked as final sale
• Custom or special-order equipment

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement shipment at no extra charge.

Warranty Coverage

Most equipment sold by Water Cleaning Shop comes with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product:

• Pressure washers & pumps: 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Soft wash systems: 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Window cleaning tools (frames/handles): 90-day warranty against defects
• Accessories and consumables: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper chemical mixing.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
